What we collect, and what we don't.
Keep Your Chain is pre-launch. Right now the only thing this site collects is an email address you choose to give us. This page says exactly what happens to it, and it will be rewritten before the product itself goes live.
Who we are
Keep Your Chain is a product of Life Vitamin Co. LLC, Manhattan Beach, California, USA — the company behind Customer Luv and Adshelf. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect on this site
Waitlist: your email address, the page you submitted it from, the time, your browser's user-agent string, and the IP address the request came from. That's the whole record. We do not collect a name, and we do not ask for anything else.
Analytics and tracking: none. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third-party cookies. The site sets no cookies at all. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they are fetched; that is the only third-party request the site makes.
What we do with it
We use your waitlist address to send you one email when plans open. If we follow up, it will be a reply in that same chain. We do not send a newsletter, we do not share or sell the list, and we do not use it for advertising audiences anywhere.
Where it lives and for how long
Waitlist records are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV in the United States, under our Cloudflare account. We keep them until the waitlist closes or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. Nothing on this site is processed by any other vendor.
Your rights
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete the record within seven days and confirm by reply. If you are in the EU, UK or California you have additional statutory rights to access, correct and erase your data; the same address handles all of them.
When the product launches
The product itself will process prospect data and email on your behalf, which is a materially different set of obligations. Before it opens to anyone outside our own company, this page will be replaced with a full privacy policy and a data processing agreement, and waitlist members will be told before anything changes.
